The mission of ImpactDS Consulting is to carefully listen to you to identify your strengths and areas for development based upon a thorough needs assessment. We strongly believe that no organizational development professional can provide meaningful learning programs without first gaining an in-depth understanding of the organization’s history and specific needs. Anne has spent her career working with people – in health care, long term services and supports, fundraising, and organization development, serving in several leadership roles. Anne’s experience and passion to collaborate with others gives her a solid background to work with many organizations and focus on results through successfully helping to establish high performing and cross-functional teams.
In addition to being a partner in ImpactDS Consulting, Anne teaches online graduate students for Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan as well as Trine University in Angola, Indiana, focusing on critical thinking, leadership, leadership communication skills, organizational systems, development, and culture. She has also developed the curriculum for several leadership courses at the graduate level. Anne is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® coach.
Anne has an M.S. in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University in Beckley, West Virginia, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. She lives in Powell with her husband, David Campbell.

Myra’s experience in customized training development, human resources, and entrepreneurial instincts combine to give her the ability to understand diverse organizational challenges. She served in human resources leadership roles with a global manufacturing company for many years before turning her efforts to serving small businesses to overcome their organizational challenges. She will share her solid knowledge of adult learning concepts, employee performance management, team building, customer service and organization development to help identify your organization's strengths and offer knowledgeable solutions for enhancing those strengths.
Most recently Myra led an organization development outreach center at The Ohio State University whose team of industry experts provided leadership and staff development resources to employers throughout Ohio.
Myra earned her M.S. in Communication, Education and Leadership from The Ohio State University and a B.A. in Business/Organization Communications from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio. She holds senior human resources certifications of SHRM-SCP and SPHR. Myra lives in Mount Vernon with her husband, Mike.
